How to add a gallery item
Click on the gallery button on the left hand side and then click on 'add a new gallery item'.
You will see six boxes:
The first is for the work title ie. 'year 3 children in the ICT suite'.
The second is for the work description, we suggest that you do not put a child's name in this description if you are displaying a photograph below.
The third and forth boxes are for images from image store. The idea is that the image chosen in the third box is a small one (which is quick to download) and the forth box contains a bigger picture.
The fifth box is to attach a document such as a word document.
The sixth box is a tick box if you would like to show a link to this attachment.
